I would just like to write a short post to show the nine Western Australian Development Commission Application for Grant PDF Forms that were Developed by SwiftForms for the WA Government in late 2010.

Each of the nine Western Australia Regional Regional Development Commissions required a PDF Application form for their ‘Royalties For Regions’ Grants Scheme. The core form used as the base for the eight other forms was developed with clear, user friendly design in mind. As a part of the design there has been provision of Accessibility text to assist visually impaired users and other users of assistive technologies who may complete the Application forms. The forms were initially developed to validate data prior to printing. The client decided to remove validation for this round of the grants and review the need for it on completion of the project.

The forms incorporate some of the following:

• General calculations.
• Data entry validation prior to print (initial drafts).
• Add/remove table row instances.
• Reader Extension to allow data save/submit and other features.
• Accessability features utilised to meet with WA Goverment Standards.
